"I strongly believe that basic, solid fundamentals are the key building blocks to great ball striking. You can never work on simple things too much such as grip, posture & alignment. Working on these three things alone can distinguish a good golfer from a great golfer. I work with what people were naturally given and tune their game towards that giving them the most from their own unique abilities. We were all created differently which is why I work with each individual golfer's strong suites instead of overhauling the entire swing, which isn't necessary. Golf is a game of misses and when one can be taught to manage a miss versus chasing a perfect swing each time, the game becomes much easier for them. My approach to teaching is simple with a strong emphasis on building muscle memory. When I see a student smile, I know I've done my job."
Working in the golf industry my entire life from the age of 7 and watching so many unique swings has made me look at the game of golf in a completely different way. I want to help people achieve what they never thought possible. Whether your goal is to break 100, 90, 80, or 70 I want to help you get there. I know how much work and effort it takes to become a great ball striker and I got help along the way myself. I've worked with top instructors and have been to world class facilities to hone my own skills. I believe and have seen first hand that nothing comes without hard work and dedication. If you're willing to put in the time, you WILL improve.
For the past 13 years I have worked with players of all types. My approach is to provide a swing that will fit a person's age, physical capabilities and will allow them to make a motion that is easily repeatable and provide them with a simple and consistent golf game." I feel that practice is good, but only when you're doing it correctly with good habits being applied. If you're looking for a detailed understanding of biomechanics in your swing, I can certainly explain it, but feel it would do more harm than good. I like to focus on the three most important things in the game; hitting the ball solid, hitting it straight, and hitting it far.

I have been teaching variations of the golf swing for the past 47 years. My main approach is to provide a swing that will fit a person`s age, physical capabilities and desire to improve. I have spent many hours in college studying kinesiology which is the study of human movement. Still, some of the best qualities in teaching are to keep it simple and give instruction that fits a persons physical capabilities.
